Yesterday we posted an interview with a BOKO HARAM Leader, Sheik Sani Haliru (Now Brother Paul Haliru) who has now converted to the Christian faith after 44 years as a Muslim Jihadis, and
Today, I am writing about my findings on the Islamist terrorist called Boko Haram's source of weapons and Funds.
In a publication, Naijabadoo reported:
" Following the unabated acts of terrorism perpetrated by the Islamic religious sect, Yusufiyya – which later became Boko Haram, since 2009, many questions have been asked by Nigerians and the international communities.
" Following the unabated acts of terrorism perpetrated by the Islamic religious sect, Yusufiyya – which later became Boko Haram, since 2009, many questions have been asked by Nigerians and the international communities.
Prominent among these questions is how the militant group
is raising funds to procure sophisticated weapons which they use to
carry
out their heinous attacks across Nigeria?
However, Premium Times reports that since 2009, the deadly sect has continued to deploy various tactics to sustain its resolve in undermining the Nigerian state.

However, Premium Times reports that since 2009, the deadly sect has continued to deploy various tactics to sustain its resolve in undermining the Nigerian state.
It was gathered that in the onset, the sect began to embark
on selective killings and maiming of politicians and security agencies.
Later on, according to the report, the terror group
acquired the know-how on how to make Improvised Explosive Devices, IEDs,
which it
used mostly on security operatives, security formations and churches within and around Borno State.

In a bid to “promote the Jihad of God,” as they claim, the
Islamist sect went from terror attack to attacking banks and other
financial institutions, as well as the robbery of bullion vans in which
millions of Naira were at different occasions stolen."
It is therefore deduced that Boko Haram are stealing from
the public and another publication revealed how they kidnap prominent
people for ransom.
Sources of Weapons
Naijabadoo reported " After many speculations on where the Islamist
militant group, Boko Haram, are getting the weapons they frequently use to unleash terror in the north-eastern states of Nigeria and Abuja, their main sources have been unveiled.

militant group, Boko Haram, are getting the weapons they frequently use to unleash terror in the north-eastern states of Nigeria and Abuja, their main sources have been unveiled.
According to US network TV NBC, most of the Islamic terror group’s weapons are either stolen
from Nigerian military stocks or purchased on the thriving Central African arms black market, say the experts, including current and former U.S. officials."

It continued " It was also gathered that in some cases, Boko
Haram sympathizers in the Nigerian military
abet the theft.

“There are hints that sympathizers in the
Nigerian army will deliberately leave doors of
armouries unlocked for Boko Haram,” said John
Campbell, U.S. ambassador to Nigeria from 2004
to 2007."

I hope you remember the story of a top military officers
who was arrested years back for hiring Nigerian Army weapons to the then
Niger Delta Militants led by Henry Okah.
There are many other ways by which the Dreaded Islamic
group got sponsored and also get their weapons which is still not clear
to the general public.
All I know is there is a Top Player who is busy engineering
the whole show and one day he will be exposed to the world and face the
wrath of Law.
What is your take on this?
