He must have heard so much about sex and could not get a willing girl to try it out with him and therefore thought the best practice partner would be a goat but he was caught in the act.
He was handed over to his parents with the mandate that they bring him to their office whenever the need arise.
The spokesperson for the NSCDC in the state, Mr. Denny
Iwuchukwu, confirmed the incident.
He is a minor, so we told the parents to bring him to
our office every Monday.
